City Bar Center for CLE’s Trademark Talk

Kirkland intellectual property litigation partners Dale Cendali and Claudia Ray will be speaking at a full-day CLE program, “Trademark Talk: Hot Topics and Recent Developments in Trademark Law,” on May 20, 2014, at the New City Bar. The program will cover a variety of topics, including recent developments in Chinese trademark law, an update on gTLDs, clearing and using marks on social media, trademark prosecution, advertising issues and fraud on the PTO (with ethics credit). Other panelists will include leading trademark law practitioners, both in-house and outside counsel.
