PLI's Advanced Copyright Law Annual Review 2016

On March 23, 2016, the Practising Law Institute will present its Advanced Copyright Law Annual Review 2016, at the PLI New York Center. The program, designed for experienced practitioners in the copyright field, will address the latest developments from a group of leading copyright professionals and thought leaders. The speakers at this seminar will address critical issues in copyright law, including developments in fair use, music licensing, standing to sue, the Copyright Office, DMCA and key cases from 2015 and 2016. Associate Joshua L. Simmons will be presenting the topic of “Copyright Office: Past, Present, Future” at 2:45 p.m.
