Private Fund Investment Adviser Registration Seminar - Boston
The Private Fund Investment Adviser Registration Seminar, chaired by
Kirkland partner Scott A. Moehrke, P.C., will feature panelists
discussing developments under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940 that
would require managers of private funds, including buyout funds,
venture capital funds, real estate funds and hedge funds, to register
with the SEC as investment advisers. Topics on the agenda include how
these new requirements will impact your business and strategies for
transitioning to registration. The seminar is geared toward legal,
financial and administrative professionals from private funds managers,
including (but not limited to): general counsel or other inside counsel
professionals, chief financial officers or controllers, directors of LP
relations and compliance professionals.
