INSOL International Annual Regional Conference

INSOL will hold its annual Asian Pacific Rim International Regional Conference on March 13-15, 2011 in the Republic of Singapore at the Shangri-La Hotel.  The conference will examine the current state of the global economy, in particular the Asian economies, the extent to which the capital and bond markets have revived and if and how they have been changed forever by the Global Financial Crisis.  Topics will include, "Pirates of the Orient: Restructuring Shipping Businesses," "Who Can You Trust Now? Insolvent Trustees and Insolvent Trusts," and "Good Money After Bad: Raising Equity in Troubled Times," among others.

Kirkland partner Helena Huang will present on the topic entitled "Corporate Restructuring in Asia: Success Stories from China and India."
