The International Bar Association's Annual Convention 2008

The International Bar Association's Annual Convention will be held on October 12-17, 2008 in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This is the  largest gathering of the international legal community in the world - a meeting place of over 3,000 lawyers and legal professionals from around the world. The convention will offer over 150 working sessions covering all areas of practice relevant to international legal practitioners.

Kirkland partner David Patrick Eich will participate on the "Structuring for Exit on Day One: Lessons from Private Equity" panel as well as moderate the "Key Developments in Corporate Governance and Other Laws in Greater China and Asia Pacific Countries Affecting Private Equity Investors" panel.
