ACLU Sues Snyder, State of Michigan Over Loss of Same-Sex-Partner Health Benefits
Amy Crawford and Bradley Weidenhammer are assisting The American Civil Liberties Union and the ACLU of Michigan in a pro bono lawsuit asking a federal court to overturn a Michigan state law that bans many public entities from providing health care insurance to the domestic partners of their employees.
