2012 Patent Contentious Firm of the Year (Midwest)

Managing Intellectual Property named Kirkland the "Patent Contentious Firm of the Year" for the Midwest region at the North American IP Awards in Washington, D.C. The Firm was shortlisted for "Patent Contentious Firm of the Year" and "Trademark Contentious Firm of the Year" for the Northeast region. Additionally, Kirkland was shortlisted for U.S. National Awards in ITC Litigation, Patent Contentious and Trademark Contentious, with partner Dale Cendali shortlisted for "IP Practitioner of the Year."
