California Lawyer of the Year Awards

Litigation partner Mark Holscher was honored by California Lawyer with a California Lawyer Attorneys of the Year (CLAY) award. Mark was recognized in the education law category for achieving a pro bono victory for the education reform movement when a California court became the first in the United States to verify a "parent trigger" petition to reform a failing school.

The awards were given to 60 attorneys who made a significant impact on the California legal market in 2012 in 21 areas of legal practice. The honored attorneys include solo practitioners, attorneys from international law firms and government attorneys. The CLAY award recipients were featured in the March 2013 issue of California Lawyer
