50 Best Law Firms for Women

Working Mother and Flex-Time Lawyers named Kirkland to their 2013 list of the 50 Best Law Firms for Women. The list honors U.S. law firms for their excellence in creating flexibility and professional development programs designed to retain women and to advance them into the leadership pipeline. Working Mother and Flex-Time Lawyers started the 50 Best Law Firms for Women initiative in 2007 to celebrate law firms that are most successful in retaining and promoting women lawyers. Kirkland also appeared on the 2012 list of the Best Law Firms for Women.
