2014 Turnaround Awards

Kirkland received two awards at The M&A Advisor’s 8th Annual Turnaround Awards. The Firm won “Cross-Border Restructuring Deal of the Year (Over $1 Billion)” for its work on the Chapter 11 restructuring of Arcapita Bank B.S.C. and “Professional Services (B-to-B) Deal of the Year” for its role in Resilience Capital Partners’ acquisition of Advanced Communications, Inc.

The Turnaround Awards honor deal teams, dealmakers and firms whose activities set the standard for the industry. A panel of independent experts selected the award recipients from among 500 participating companies.
