North America Awards

Managing Intellectual Property named Kirkland “U.S. Trademark Contentious Firm of the Year” at the North America Awards, held on March 25, 2014, in Washington, D.C. The Firm was also named “Trademark Contentious Firm of the Year” for the Northeast region and “Copyright Firm of the Year” for the Midwest. Intellectual property partner Gregory Arovas was recognized as “New York Litigator of the Year.”

The IP Awards reflect the best firms and attorneys within Managing Intellectual Property's World IP survey, which covers 75 international jurisdictions. The award winners were chosen by the magazine's research team, based on extensive interviews with peers and clients.
