Kirkland Advises BofA Merrill Lynch as Financial Advisors to The Sterling Family Trust in Sale of Los Angeles Clippers

Kirkland & Ellis LLP represented BofA Merrill Lynch, as financial advisor to The Sterling Family Trust, in the $2 billion sale of the Los Angeles Clippers basketball franchise to Steve Ballmer, former CEO of Microsoft Corp.
