Corporate Partner Matthew Elliott Joins London Office of Kirkland & Ellis

Kirkland & Ellis International LLP is pleased to announce that Matthew Elliott will join the Firm’s London office as a partner in the Corporate Practice Group. Mr. Elliott focuses his practice on private equity.

Mr. Elliott will join Kirkland from the financial sponsor group of Linklaters’ London office, where he heads the M&A real estate sector team. He has experience in advising a full range of stakeholders across public and private corporate transactions. 

Mr. Elliott holds degrees from the College of Law, Guildford and St. Edmund Hall, Oxford University. He has been recognized as a leading private equity attorney by The Legal 500 UK.
