Kirkland Advises Silver Lake in Acquisition of Cast & Crew

Kirkland & Ellis LLP represented Silver Lake, a leading private equity firm focused on technology investing, in its agreement to acquire Cast & Crew Entertainment Services, the premier provider of technology-enabled payroll, production accounting and related value-added services to the entertainment industry, from ZM Capital.
