Kirkland Represents Sun Products on its Acquisition by Henkel for $3.6 Billion

Kirkland & Ellis LLP advised The Sun Products Corporation, a leading North American provider of household products and a Vestar Capital Partners portfolio company, on its acquisition by Henkel Consumer Goods Inc, a subsidiary of Henkel AG & Co.
