Kirkland Advises Marlin Equity in Closing of Marlin Equity V and Marlin Heritage II

Kirkland & Ellis advised Marlin Equity, a global investment firm, in the simultaneous closing of two private equity funds which were raised on an expedited basis. Marlin’s latest flagship fund, Marlin Equity V, L.P., closed at just over $2.5 billion of capital commitments, and their latest small cap fund, Marlin Heritage II, L.P., closed at just over $750 million of capital commitments.
