Kirkland & Ellis LLP Advises Madison Dearborn Partners in Acquisition of CDW

Kirkland & Ellis LLP is advising Madison Dearborn Partners, LLC on its $7.3 billion acquisition of CDW Corp. that was announced today.

CDW (NASDAQ: CDWC) signed a definitive merger agreement to be acquired by Madison Dearborn. CDW’s board of directors approved the agreement and will recommend approval from CDW’s shareholders.

Kirkland partners Ted Swan, Scott Falk and Michael Paley led the deal team that is advising Madison Dearborn Partners on this transaction.
