For the second year in a row, Private Equity International honored Kirkland with the award for Law Firm of the Year (Transactions) in North America. The Firm was also shortlisted for Law Firm of the Year (Fund Formation) in Europe. Winners were determined by votes of readers of Private Equity International and subscribers of PrivateEquityOnline.com.
