IFLR Americas Awards

Kirkland & Ellis won two team awards for Private Equity Team of the Year and Restructuring Team of the Year at the 2011 IFLR Americas awards. Kirkland was also honored for Private Equity Deal of the Year for its work for 3G Capital in its $4.0 billion acquisition of Burger King. The annual awards recognize the most innovative international cross-border legal deals of the year and the firms that completed them.
