Patent Contentious Firm of the Year (Midwest)

Managing Intellectual Property named Kirkland the "Patent Contentious Firm of the Year" for the Midwest region at the North American IP Awards in Washington, D.C. The Firm was shortlisted for "Patent Contentious Firm of the Year" for the Midwest, Northeast and West regions, and "Trademark Contentious Firm of the Year" for the Midwest, Northeast and West regions. The Firm was also shortlisted for the "United States National Awards" in ITC Litigation and Patent Contentious areas, with partner Dale Cendali shortlisted for "IP Practitioner of the Year."
