Kirkland's Tax Practice Group received the North America Private Equity Firm of the Year award at the International Tax Review Americas Tax Awards in New York. The awards recognize the most innovative tax transactional, structuring, litigation and transfer-pricing work done in North and South America between June 2010 and June 2011.
