Vision 2020 Equality in Action Medals

Vision 2020 awarded corporate partner Howard Krane and litigation partner Emily Nicklin with 2011 Equality in Action Medals at a ceremony in Chicago on October 12, 2011. Vision 2020 is a national initiative developed by the Institute for Women's Health and Leadership at Drexel University College of Medicine to make equality a national priority through the shared leadership of women and men. Vision 2020 recognized Mr. Krane as a leading supporter and mentor to numerous female attorneys at the Firm, many of whom have gone on to leadership positions within Kirkland and the legal profession. Ms. Nicklin was among those whom Mr. Krane mentored, and was honored for continuing the mission of fostering the careers of women and other diverse attorneys at Kirkland.
