Overview

John A. Schoenfeld developed his practice around structuring, negotiating, documenting and closing complex leveraged acquisitions, recapitalizations, mergers, dispositions, joint ventures, minority investments and related debt and equity financings and restructurings. John led transactions in numerous industries, including healthcare, restaurant, insurance, finance, retail distribution, consulting, manufacturing and automotive. In connection with such transactions, which have ranged from several million dollars to in excess of one billion dollars, he coordinated numerous public and private offerings of debt and equity securities, prepared management equity and employment arrangements as well as assisted public and private companies, and their board of directors, with their general corporate requirements.
