Overview

Judson Brown is a litigation partner in Kirkland's Washington, D.C., office. He has broad experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts, and in arbitrations, throughout the United States. Judson has represented numerous Fortune 500 companies and other clients in a wide variety of matters including breach of contract matters, False Claims Act cases, product liability lawsuits, deal disputes, antitrust, securities, and consumer protection class actions, and restructuring and bankruptcy-related matters.

In 2017–2019, Benchmark Litigation recognized Judson on its “Under 40 Hot List,” which identifies “the most promising emerging talent in their respective litigation communities in U.S. and Canadian litigation community by peers and clients.” The American Lawyer has also recognized Judson as “Litigator of the Week” winner and runner-up on multiple occasions in the last several years.
