American Bankruptcy Institute's 9th Annual New York City Bankruptcy Conference

The American Bankruptcy Institute is the largest multidisciplinary, nonpartisan organization dedicated to research and education on matters related to insolvency and bankruptcy issues.  The Annual New York City Bankruptcy Conference brings together a faculty of bankruptcy judges and practitioners from top national insolvency firms.  Kirkland partner Richard M. Cieri was a panel presenter on "Hedge Funds Have Changed the Chapter 11 Process.  Is That Good or Bad?" Partner Matthew A. Cantor moderated a panel entitled "Holding Company and Operating Company Issues in Large Chapter 11's: Intra-debtor Conflicts, Substantive Consolidation, Solvency, Classification and Voting."  Partner Marc Kieselstein spoke on "Developments, DIP Lending and Restructuring Finance."
