Litigating a Trademark Infringement Dispute

This CLE event is an advanced trademark program that will focus on the nuances of litigating a trademark infringement claim, including: preliminary concerns—sending and responding to a cease & desist letter, selecting the forum, and addressing discovery; analyzing different motion practice strategies useful for a trademark dispute; the role of surveys and expert witnesses; and the resolution—a discussion of the types of relief, damages and monetary awards available.
