Formerly a Kirkland partner, Terri returned to the firm as Of Counsel to resume her successful and wide ranging commercial litigation practice. Terri has extensive experience in preparing and trying cases before federal courts, state courts and administrative agencies and a cost-effective, client-centered approach. Terri has experience in all phases of litigation, including investigation, witness preparation, motion practice, deposition and trial work. She focuses on products liability, class actions, antitrust, breach of contract, copyright infringement, environmental tort, employment, insurance coverage, unfair competition, business torts and general complex commercial litigation.
