Zachary Avallone is a litigation partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on cases presenting novel questions of law and complex factual disputes. Zachary’s case load covers a broad spectrum, including consumer class actions, breach of contract, business torts, product liability, and false claims qui tam actions.
He also maintains an active pro bono practice.
