Jennifer Avery-Emani is a corporate partner in the Chicago office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Jen focuses her practice on representing private investors and family offices. She advises on structuring traditional single- and multi-family offices, as well as alternative family offices that manage third party capital. She provides guidance on management services agreements, employee incentive and co-investment programs, and cash management systems. In addition, Jen leads client relations for the Private Investment & Family Office Practice Group as a centralized contact point and resource for potential and existing clients.

Jen has extensive experience working on complex transactions including leveraged buyouts, domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate representation of publicly held corporations, private equity funds and their portfolio companies.
