Since joining Kirkland, Camille has been involved in the following matters:

• Represented StorageMart in its acquisition and financing of Manhattan Mini Storage. The purchase of Manhattan Mini Storage includes the entirety of the company's 18 self-storage real estate locations throughout Manhattan.
• Represented an investment management firm on the restructuring of a $550 million loan facility secured by four diverse real estate assets and two movie theatre companies.
• Represented an investment firm in its $172 million acquisition and financing of an office building and development property in Florida.
• Represented an investment firm in its $72.4 million acquisition of, and joint venture formation for, a luxury hotel in Chicago, Illinois.
• Represented a real estate investment firm in its land acquisitions, joint ventures and development agreements thereby creating an entry into the Southern California real estate market.

Prior to joining Kirkland, Camille was involved in the following matters:

• Represented a publicly traded Fortune 20 company in the acquisition and development of $300+ million of real estate assets located in several states across the country.
• Represented a private equity firm in the acquisition of a $200 million marina portfolio.
• Represented a REIT in the origination of a combined $750 million mortgage and mezzanine loan facility secured by a tech campus in Northern California.
• Represented a joint venture in the acquisition and development of a mixed-use project in Northern Texas.
• Represented an institutional investor in the origination of a $100 million mortgage loan secured by a luxury property in Aspen, Colorado.
• Represented a private equity firm in the creation of a new forward sale and exchange loan product.
• Represented a REIT in the restructuring and refinancing of a portfolio of 20+ multi-family properties located in 8 states.
