Overview

Nahal is a corporate associate in the San Francisco office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP who focuses her practice on debt financing transactions. She represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, hedge funds and other private and public companies in connection with the negotiation, structuring and documentation of secured financing transactions for both borrowers and lenders, including acquisition financings, senior, mezzanine and subordinated debt transactions, cross-border transactions, recapitalizations and restructurings, including debtor-in-possession and exit financings. Nahal has negotiated and closed transactions in a wide variety of industries, including software, retail, energy, food service, healthcare and education.
