George Bauer is a partner in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. George concentrates his practice on white collar criminal defense; government enforcement and regulatory matters; and internal investigations. In particular, George has extensive experience with matters involving securities and commodities fraud, and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (“FCPA”) and related anti-corruption and compliance issues. George also has experience in all aspects of complex civil litigation.
