Allison Beattie is a corporate associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP, focusing on healthcare regulatory and transactional matters. Allison provides legal counsel to private equity funds, venture capital, and public companies. She counsels clients on a broad range of matters including corporate transactions, compliance programs, corporate practice of medicine, physician employment agreements, telehealth, Medicare and Medicaid billing, and federal healthcare fraud and abuse laws such as the Anti-Kickback Statute and the Stark Law.

Allison previously served as an Assistant Deputy General Counsel at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). In this position, Allison provided counsel on healthcare regulatory, administrative, and constitutional law issues to the Chief Legal Officer of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) and other senior leaders of the HHS Office of the General Counsel.
