Ben Behrendt is an intellectual property litigation associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice is focused on patent infringement litigation, trade secret litigation, and false advertising, as well as worthy pro bono causes. Prior to joining Kirkland, Ben was a patent examiner at the USPTO for over two years.
