Overview

Ben Behrendt is an intellectual property litigation associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice is focused on patent litigation before district courts, the International Trade Commission (ITC), and the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB), trade secret litigation, and false advertising, as well as worthy pro bono causes. Prior to joining Kirkland, Ben was a patent examiner at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for over two years.
