Prior to joining Kirkland, Jade worked on the following matters:
Advising on the UK financial regulatory perimeter and the application of the Regulated Activities Order.
Advising on the application of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and related legislation including the change in control and authorisation regimes.
Advising on the application of the anti-money laundering regime under the Money Laundering Regulations 2017 and related EU legislation.
Advising on the application of the registration regime for cryptoasset exchange providers and custodian wallet providers.
Advising on the application of the FCA Handbook in particular in relation to PERG, FUND, SUP and FEES.
Drafting portions of the FEES manual within the FCA Handbook.
