Marcy Blattner is a litigation partner in the Los Angeles office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Marcy’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation across a variety of industries in federal and state courts. She has represented clients in a wide-range of substantive areas, including consumer class actions, business torts, unfair or deceptive trade practices, products liability, securities and shareholder disputes, antitrust, bankruptcy, and government investigations.
Marcy has experience handling matters at all stages of litigation, from pleading through trial and appeal. Her experience includes briefing legal issues at all stages of a case; managing fact investigation and discovery, including taking and defending depositions; arguing dispositive motions; and preparing for and participating in mediation and trial. Marcy is also active in pro bono matters.
