Wendy Bloom is a litigation partner with a track record of successful litigation and settlement outcomes for clients in complex litigation matters. She applies her litigation and negotiation skills to many substantive areas and complex claims in individual, class actions, MDL and mass tort claims, including products liability, consumer fraud, mislabeling and false advertising, antitrust, employment discrimination, environmental litigation, commercial disputes, intellectual property and trade secrets, and securities fraud. She represents clients in diverse industries, including automobile and recreational vehicle manufacturers, petroleum and energy industry participants, pharmaceutical companies, and accounting & financial services firms.
