Carrie Bodner is a litigation partner in Kirkland’s New York office. She has represented clients in federal and state courts and internal investigations, in matters including commercial contracts, fraud, consumer protection laws, ERISA and RICO.

Representative Matters
Assisted former Chair of the Investigatory Chamber of the Ethics Committee of the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) in conducting investigation of 2018 and 2022 FIFA World Cup bidding process.
Conducted internal, overseas investigation into possible violations of the FCPA for a biopharmaceutical company.
Currently represents a social media company against claims brought under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act in federal court.
Currently represents a leading health insurer in various federal actions alleging ERISA, RICO, antitrust, and state law claims concerning health insurer’s plan interpretation and use of specialty networks.
Currently represents a major global bank in lawsuit against hedge fund seeking more than $700 million for fraud and breach of contract claims relating to collateralized debt obligations.
