Colin Bosch is an intellectual property litigation associate in the Los Angeles office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. His practice focuses on patent, trade secret, copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property-related litigation. He has worked on a variety of complex matters involving diverse technologies, including medical devices, computer software and hardware, and live chat and video platforms. He has experience with all phases of litigation, including pre-litigation evaluation, initiating complaints, briefing motions (including successfully briefing pleading, claim construction, summary judgment and pre-trial issues), working extensively with expert witnesses, deposing and defending witnesses, and trial. He also has an active pro bono practice focusing on immigration and adoption proceedings.
