Overview

Christina Briesacher has broad experience representing clients in a variety of complex commercial matters in federal, state and appellate courts and arbitrations throughout the United States. She has acted as counsel in both individual and class actions suits and in multidistrict litigation involving claims in various practice areas, including complex commercial disputes, contract matters, professional liability involving auditors/accountants, unfair and deceptive trade practices, environmental litigation and others.
