Dean Brower is an environmental associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Dean's practice focuses on project development and permitting compliance with state and federal environmental laws. He counsels clients in all areas of environmental law across a variety of industries, primarily in the context of mergers, acquisitions, and financing transactions.
