Efraim Burle is a corporate associate in the Investment Funds Practice Group in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP.  Efraim's practice is focused on the formation of investment funds, including private equity, venture and hedge funds, and the representation of investment fund sponsors, institutional investors, and other market participants.

Prior to joining Kirkland & Ellis LLP, Efraim was a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Christine M. Nugent, J.T.C. at the Tax Court of New Jersey.
