Katherine Canning is a litigation partner in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Her practice focuses on complex trial and appellate litigation in federal and state court. Katherine also maintains an active pro bono practice. Before joining Kirkland, Katherine served as a law clerk to Judge Henry F. Floyd on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
