Corey D. Casbarro is an associate in the Washington, D.C., office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP.

Corey's practice is focused on counseling investment advisers on legal, regulatory, and compliance matters arising under the federal securities laws. Corey also guides private equity funds, domestic and offshore hedge funds, funds-of-funds and other investment vehicles in formation, structuring, and marketing matters.

Corey also advises clients on the regulatory considerations related to Financial Technology, including robo-advisers, Blockchain technology, cryptocurrencies and virtual token offerings.
