Advised a private equity investor on the acquisition of a majority stake in a fibre broadband operator, together with advice relating to a new management incentive plan for key individuals.
Advised on a capital reduction demerger as part of the restructure of a distribution business, together with advice relating to stamp taxes and eligibility for reliefs.
