Rajiv Chandrasena is an investment funds associate in the London office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP. He advises private investment funds on the establishment and operation of investment vehicles and the structuring and execution of secondary transactions, including traditional portfolio sales and GP-led transactions.
Rajiv also has experience across a broad range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, capital raisings, joint ventures and corporate restructures, and has in-house experience at a multinational corporation.
