Since joining Kirkland & Ellis, Dora has been involved in the following:

• Carlyle on the acquisition of HCP Global, a leading Chinese packaging firm, from Baring Private Equity Asia. This transaction was named “Deals of the Year 2022” by China Business Law Journal 
• Advised as an international co-counsel and sole debt financing counsel for an investor consortium, comprising DCP Capital Partners II, L.P., Ocean Link Partners Limited, and Mr. Rick Yan, the Chief Executive Officer of 51job, in the take-private of 51job, Inc. (NASDAQ: JOBS) at a valuation of appropriately US$4.3 billion. This transaction was named “2021 Deals of the Year” by China Business Law Journal and “TMT Deal of the Year” by Asia Legal Awards 2022
• The ad hoc committee of noteholders in a successful restructuring of US$450 million senior notes issued by Golden Wheel Tiandi Holdings Company Limited (HKSE: 1232). The group principally engages in property development in the PRC. The restructuring was implemented through a scheme of arrangement in the Cayman Islands
• The Blackstone Group on its acquisition of all of the issued share capital of Interplex Holdings Pte. Ltd., which was indirectly owned by funds managed by Baring Private Equity Asia, in a transaction valued at approximately US$1.6 billion

Prior to joining Kirkland & Ellis, Dora has been involved in the following:

• Carlyle Group on the dividends recapitalisation financing for Tongyi Petroleum Chemical Co., Ltd. 
• Hillhouse Capital / CDH on the dividend recapitalisation financings and its various loan facilities from international banks for Belle International and Belle Sports
• CITIC Capital on the refinancing of the acquisition debt of LifeStyles, a global condom company, acquired by a consortium of Humanwell Healthcare and CITIC Capital
• PAG and Yingde Gases on the refinancing of its US$250,000,000 high yield bond with syndicated loan facilities
• Consortium led by GL Capital and Ascendent on the refinancing of the privatisation of SciCone Pharmaceuticals (NASDAQ listed)
• Navis Capital on the debt financing of its strategic investment in QIMA (formerly AsiaInspection), a quality control and compliance business in Asia
• COFCO on the refinancing for COFCO’s acquisition of Noble Agri Limited and Nidera Capital B.V.
• Platinum Equity on the bridge to bond acquisition financing for the take-private of Fischer Tech (listed in Singapore)
• Platinum Equity on the acquisition financing for two PRC manufacturing units from Broadway Industrial Group (listed in Singapore)
• Consortium led by Asia-IO and Redview Capital on the acquisition financing for the acquisition of Source Photonics in the USA
• Deutsche Bank in connection with its roles as incoming trade finance provider and major creditor in relation to the restructuring of Noble Group Limited
• Financiers in relation to a US$5,500 million secured facility for a wholly-owned subsidiary of China National Chemical Corporation Limited (ChemChina) for the partial refinancing of its existing US$12.7 billion facilities used for the acquisition of Syngenta AG
• Health & Happiness (formerly Biostime International) (listed in Hong Kong) on its bank/bond US$845,000,000 combination refinancing of its acquisition debt of Swisse Wellness
• HKBN (listed in Hong Kong) on its various debt financings including in relation to its merger with Wharf T&T Holding Corp
• State Grid Overseas Investment Limited in relation to a syndicated US$1,600 million term loan facility
• Morgan Stanley on a syndicated facility to Alvogen involving collaterals in 11 jurisdictions in Asia and Europe
• Financiers in connection with HK$8 billion term and revolving loan facility to GF Holdings (Hong Kong) Corporation Limited
