Damien Coles is a restructuring partner in the Hong Kong office of Kirkland & Ellis International LLP.
Damien’s practice focuses on special situations financings, distressed acquisitions, restructuring and insolvency. He has over 10 years of experience advising on cross-border investments, restructurings and insolvency proceedings throughout the Asia-Pacific region. Damien has particular experience in the restructuring of bonds issued by Asian debtors and frequently advises both issuers and bondholder groups.
