Represented the lenders to on approximately US$1.5 billion of senior secured credit facilities to provide a portion of the funds necessary to construct a liquefied natural gas train in the form of an equity distribution from the borrower.
Represented the lenders in connection with the US$6 billion Phase II financing of a US$12 billion, four-train liquefaction and export project located in Louisiana.
Represented the lenders in connection with the approximately US$6 billion debt financing for an expansion of a liquefaction export project located in Texas, and the approximately $1.2 billion letter of credit and working capital financing.
Represented the lenders in connection with the approximately US$11.5 billion debt financing of a liquefaction export project located in Texas.
Represented the lenders on approximately US$2.8 billion of senior secured credit facilities used to prepay and redeem existing project level debt.
Represented the lenders in connection with the financing of a liquid fuel marine storage terminal in Louisiana.
Represented the lenders in connection with a one million tons per annum ethylene export facility in Texas.
Represented the guarantor in connection with guaranteed loans for the financing of the 2,214 MW nuclear power project in Georgia.
