Priscilla is an associate in the Litigation Practice Group in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP focusing on complex commercial litigation, government and regulatory investigations and enforcement, and securities litigation. Specifically, her practice has included contractual disputes, class actions, white collar criminal defense, multi-district litigation, trade secret disputes, M&A litigation, corporate control and governance, antitrust violations, shareholder litigation, and fiduciary disputes. She also maintains an active pro bono practice in special education rights and advocacy for New York City public school students.
